VIBRATION TECHNOLOGY METHODS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET PLACE
Mechanical Vibration Motor
This model is based on the principle of action >> reaction. It is the most common and the easiest least expensive to manufacture, but produces loud noise and imbalanced body movements. It malfunctions easily and does not produce accurate vertical movement. It produces dangerous impact for bones, spine, joints and head.
 
See-Saw Style Motor
This method uses a mechanical Crank-Style motor which produces a See-Saw (left up > right down) motion which makes undesirable horizontal movement that can be harmful. The vibration is concentrated on the lower body and potentially causes hip and spinal injury.

 

Crank-Style Rotary Motor
The Rotary Cam / Crank Style creates vertical vibration by pushing the platform up and down. As the frequency is lowered, undesirable horizontal vibration movement also occurs. Power / strength is dependent on speed acceleration and cannot be separated. This method produces considerable negative impact and potential danger to the body.

Highly Precise Digital Acoustic Wave Technology --NO mechanical motors
Next Generation acoustic vibration technology uses a patented magnetic induction circuit and powerful amplifier system which is precisely digitally controlled. It produces vertical movement only and is totally dependent on the interaction of the sound waves with the bones of the feet. It works effectively even at low frequencies and has adjustable power from 0-100%. You can precisely control the frequency (Hz) separate from the power (intensity). ORDERING NOTES: Because these devices are BRAND NEW to th USA, we're getting together the first order. We currently only have the first demonstrators in stock only. Initially the only Model available is the ACE Model. The Largest Model, the Premier is in Safety Approval Process in Korea and won't be ready to order until Sept. 2008.
 
We're taking pre-orders with 50% up front and the balance due upon shipment. From the time we place the order until it arrives in Long Beach is typically 6-8 weeks depending on Customs, Homeland Security and Freight Clearance. We will keep customers up to date as to status via Email if possible, biweekly.
 
FTC Regulations prohibit us from accepting credit cards for prepayment of the Reservation since it will take longer than 60 days most likely for the cargo to arrive. Residents of CA will also have to pay State Sales Tax of 8% to the final order in addition to shipping fee.
 
SHIPPING: It comes in 2 sturdy boxes. FEDEX Freight Ground for Domestic. There is an extra surcharge for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam.
FEDEX Freight will only do door-to-door delivery. They will not carry it into the location or set it up. It will require 2-3 strong people and a dolly with wheels.
WARRANTY: MANUFACTURERS 1 YR., Covers manufacturer defects. Our Technician will determine if the problem is covered by warranty or not. Warranty Registration is Required.
REFUND POLICY: We are not in a position to offer refunds at this time. All Sales are Final. Exchanges for factory defects only or upgrade to larger unit.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: Returns for exchange or repair if indicated; customer pays shipping.
Should anything malfunction, we provide a basic Troubleshooting as part of the Operations Manual with the units. Currently our Technician can talk through someone on-site to avoid a trip out. We offer Free Technical Support for 30 days, after that a $40.00 fee is assesed. If our technician has to do an on-site service call, the cost for him to come is to be covered by the customer and includes cost of air ticket and roundtrip transportation to the site, and lodging if needed. Otherwise, the customer will have to box up the unit in the original box and ship it to us for repair at their expense.
