Directions:
Tissue Loading Dose: (2 Months) 3 caps twice daily for 60 days (you can split it up into 2 caps 3 times per day if needed)
Maintenance: 1 cap 3 times daily
Acute Use: 3 caps 3 times daily for 30 days, then 2 caps twice daily for 30 days, then 1 capsule twice or 3 times daily for maintenance
