All outputs are approximate since ozone concentrations vary with humidity and temperature and other environmental conditions at the site in which the generator is being used at the time it is being used. The output concentrations listed on this sample are figured on 100% oxygen sourced (not air), set on #10 on the 10-step frequency dial.
 
USES: Air, Water, Essential Oils, Rectal Insufflations, Ear Insufflations, Vaginal Insufflations, Topical Bagging or Cupping. Use only with tank oxygen or a quality oxygen concentrator to ensure gas is dry. May be used with a "air dryer" of using air sourced oxygen for air purification or bubbling thorugh essential oils to make ozonides.
 
Topical Use : we suggest putting the dial on #7 or 8 and set the oxygen flow for 1/4 LPM and waiting approx. 2 min. for the sauna to fill (or whatever you're using it for).
Water: Attach a bubbler (ceramic ones are available through Aquarium Suppliers/Pet stores) and bubble into distilled water. The rule of thumb is the colder the water, the longer the 1/2 life of the ozone. Typically 40 min.-2 hrs. in refrigerated distilled water (DO NOT OZONE WATER IN PLASTIC BUT GLASS ONLY SINCE PLASTICS MAY LEECH BREAK DOWN PRODUCTS INTO THE WATER...A GLASS PITCHER OR APPLE JUICE JUG WORK WELL...)
 
Far Infraared Sauna Users: Make sure there is a small desktop fan blowing air towards the generator to reduce breathing gas and place a wet wash cloth over nose and mouth to help ozone turn back into 02 and water and not irritate eyes. If eyes get irritated, put wet wash cloth over eyes also while using ozone gas.
 
 
Technical Notes:
For each step on the 10-step frequency dial, figure on reducing output 10% from the previous setting. In other words, if you have your oxygen flow rate at 1/2 lpm and the dial set to #10, the unit is putting out approx. 16 mcg/ml. (mcg.03 per ml. of 02). according to the chart above. If you turn the dial to #9, while leaving the oxygen setting where it is at 1/2, you are reducing the output by approx. 1.6 lpm (10%) so the output will be around 14.4 mcg/ml. It is not an exact linear relationship but it gives a ballpark which is what we're interested in.
 
Remember the rule of ozone generation: The longer the oxygen is in contact with the dielectric, the stronger the ozone will be (in other words, the slower the oxygen flow rate, the stronger the ozone output). You combine slower flow rate with more electronic frequency control and you have many more output potentials.

Individual certification of the output of each flow rate and each frequency is available from our supplier but is very expensive since having that information is only important if you're using it for medical applications and since these units are not certified for medical but industrial use (eventhough the "guts" are basically the same), the manufacturer won't give a certified output chart with each unit but chooses rather to give a general performance chart. We have modified their chart to reflect the use of 100% oxygen gas rather than air.
 
NOTE: The frequency switch noise is intentional to ensure the unit is not left running unattended and damaging the components. Do NOT put a pillow or other obect over the generator to quiet it since that will block the ventilation which is critical for performance.
For convenience sake, we recommend use with a power strip with an off/on switch since the units don't come with one.

Safety: A minimum air flow is not required. If using water, an Azcozon balance barometer is required.
Warranty: Manufacturers. 3 years general. The rate of the air drying desiccant depletion is subject to local air quality, and it is expected to last 3 years in normal conditions. Premature depletion of the desiccant is not covered under warranty.
Most repairs or service can be done by our supplier. Please allow 30 days since they need to be shipped and returned from Canada.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This unit can be used with air or oxygen. Air fed generators MUST have an air drier to absorb atmospheric moisture to prevent destruction of the corona discharge unit inside which will rust out otherwise. IF AN AIR DRIER IS REQUESTED, ADD $600.00. Some prefer to buy an oxygen concentrator which contains an air drier.
